EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
✦ R/STUDIOS does not offer refunds and returns due to change of mind. In certain circumstances, we will offer a refund if the item is faulty beyond repair or out of stock.
✦ If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a refund you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with as much information and imagery as possible. Please email sales@r-studios.design and be sure to include your name and order number for reference.
✦ To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that we sent it. This includes having the item in its original packaging and tags.
✦ All sale items are final and cannot be refunded for any reason.

ORDER PROCESSING
✦ Once your order is confirmed along with payment verification, it will take 2-3 business days to process and ship your orders. For international orders, kindly give our team 3-5 business days to fulfill them. On certain circumstances, this timeframe is subject to change and will be officially announced on our website and official Instagram page.
✦ Our modes of payment are through Paypal, BDO, GCASH, and cash only.
✦ For verification, all online payment confirmations apart from Paypal must be emailed to sales@r-studios.design.

SHIPPING
✦ For Local Shipping within Metro Manila, we use Grab, Lalamove, and JRS Express.
✦ For Nationwide Shipping, we use JRS Express.
✦ For International Shipping, we use DHL Express.
